| Pottery Leat Cottage Almost three years ago we renovated the delapidated coach house in the grounds of Brookfield House. We had it converted to an up-market, comfortable holiday cottage with two bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms and with its own enclosed garden and parking area. |

It is ideal for people coming to the Dartmoor area who instead of partaking in the fabulous delights of a Brookfield House gourmet breakfasts and having their room serviced daily, prefer to look after themselves for a week or two at a time in a 5 star, gold award, (Visit Britain rated) accommodation.
We do however have waiting for you on your arrival at the cottage, home made goodies including freshly baked bread and jam made from our own fruit, along with milk and tea/coffee making essentials and for those who have had more harrowing journeys to reach us, a bottle of wine. Our aim is that our cottage guests enjoy themselves in the splendid surroundings and we are always on hand to be contacted for local information if required. Unlike the B&B in the main house we do not handle all the reservations directly ourselves but have relinquished this side to those more expert that us.
